Chief Executive Officer
Craig Dohm (DOME) is the Chief Executive Officer of The Perfect Mound | TPM Performance and Surface Solutions. Craig overseas all operations and development of the enterprise.
An original member of the operational staff since the company’s creation, Craig has helped grow the brand in every area. Craig is directly responsible for The Perfect Mound's multiple awards from the ABCA (2013) and the Innovative Award for Safety from the SFMA, STMA (2018), as well as SFMG Industry Standard recognition.
Under his guidance, The Perfect Mound has logged over $8M in mound sales - represented in seven countries, four continents and hundreds of sites worldwide. From youth fields in Japan to the lights of Oracle Park in San Fransisco - Craig has been instrumental in creating the international buzz surrounding the product.
In 2018, Craig and TPM brokered the first instrumented mound project with AMTI Force & Motion. This groundbreaking 3D force plate surface technology was spec'd to The Perfect Mound's bullpen configuration - laying the groundwork for baseball's data driven evolution - now seen in pitching labs all over North America.
Before running The Perfect Mound in 2011, Craig logged years of product and brand management in both the consumer goods and alcohol distribution sectors. His work includes national campaigns for People Magazine and Wal-Mart Supercenters for brands such as Suave, Caress, Kodak, Oral B, Mr. Coffee. Additionally, he has professional experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Summit, Gateway Grizzlies Professional Baseball and Pierce Promotions.
Craig is a 1996 graduate of the University of Missouri with a BS, Finance.
He resides with his wife Julie in Columbia, IL with their two children. Craig is an avid sports fan and attends sporting events in the St. Louis area regularly.
